This Sunday We are so excited to have Caroline Doctorow share two songs with us during our Sunday Service-Pete Seeger's "God's Counting on Me" and the hymn "How Can I Keep From Singing?". Caroline a well known singer/songwriter has been a champion of American Folk Music and has song extensively both locally and throughout the country. Please join us for this wonderful service! Old Whalers’ Church welcomes Sister Ann Marino as guest celebrant this Sunday-we are all so excited for her to share her wisdom and heart with all of us. Her sermon title will be “And Then We Pray”. Bring your favorite cereal - which you will place into the box representing the team that you hope will win the Super Bowl-cereal is counted by our youth-predictions made- and then it will be donated to the Sag Harbor Community Food Pantry. Come ring in the season at Old Whalers’ Church on 44 Union Street in Sag Harbor as we light our beautiful outdoor Christmas tree and celebrate with “Carols, Cookies and Cocoa! “ Sing-a-long with the music of Walter Klauss and Nancy Remkus. Our Annual Pet Blessing will take place on Sunday, October 13th at 11:30 AM on the front lawn of Old Whalers’ Church following our 10 AM service which celebrates animals in our world and in our lives. All pets are invited to join us at 11:30 AM out on our front lawn for a special service, and blessing for their health and well being as we recognize the love they bring to our lives. A special prayer card and treats are given to each pet family. All are welcome -please join us!

Old Whalers’ Church celebrates HarborFest-in its amazing building which is a National Historic Landmark. Come for a guided tour of this beautiful church and a demonstration of its historic pipe organ at 9 AM-stay for our historic service at 10 AM-sit for a bit with a cup of coffee or tea and some goodies at 11-and then a tour of the Old Burying Ground at 11:30-Used for about 100 years, the Old Burying Ground is the resting place of Sag Harbor's early residents, Revolutionary War Patriots, Whaling Captains and the founding fathers and mothers of the village.

Calling all kids-it’s Old Whalers’ Rally Day Pirate Adventure-come down for some fun as we kick-off a new season of love and learning! Everyone welcome! Treasure hunt, picnic, prizes and more. Finding a loving place to explore your faith.
